This will be a series of (four) 8am-9am ET Wednesday morning yoga classes LIVE on Zoom. The dates are March 4th, March 11th, March 18th, and March 25th 2026.
Important note: Join Zoom a few minutes early!!! I am a one-woman show, so I stop letting people in at 8:05am so I can start our yoga class.
Props: a yoga mat. Two blocks are recommended, not required; a chair or wall for balance, a blanket is recommended if you'd like padding under your knees for kneeling poses, also not required.
This accessible class series is beneficial for many bodies: beginners, midlife and older, less flexible bodies, larger bodies, those who want a slower, more gentle yoga class.
