Made with St. John's Wort-infused Sunflower oil from the bright yellow St. John's Wort flowers harvested in my garden. St John's Wort applied topically can help ease discomfort in muscles & joints. It decreases inflammation and improves circulation. Calendula reduces swelling and pain.
Essential oils in this blend: Niaouli, Helichrysum italicum, Lavender, and Frankincense all of which are beneficial to reduce inflammation, soreness and stiffness.
To use: Gently rub balm into sore muscles or joints; repeat as often as necessary.
