I created this aromatherapy roller to enhance spiritual practices such as prayer, meditation or yoga. I combined Tulsi, Palo Santo, and Spike Lavender essential oils to create a warm, floral, fresh, herbaceous, sweet, resinous, and spicy blend.

NOTE about the Palo Santo essential oil in this blend: The essential oil is steam distilled from the fruit, not the wood, of the protected Palo Santo tree.

These three essential oils can deepen meditation or yoga practice; they can also help relieve congestion, headaches, anxiety, boost the immune system, and can clear the air of negative energy, 

Here are the three essential oils in this blend:

Tulsi (Holy Basil): Good for reducing minor pain and inflammation, reduces the presence of unwanted viral, bacterial, and fungal activity, is an adaptogen (can either stimulate or sedate), boosts immune system.

Palo Santo: Calming and peaceful, promotes healthy lung function, helps with asthma, congestion, minor coughs, eases muscle spasms, relieves headaches, can help during panic attacks, eases anxiety, promotes deeper meditation, clears negative energy, and is emotionally and spiritually protecting. 

Spike Lavender: Relieves headaches and other minor aches and pains, is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, good for healthy lung support, is anti-inflammatory, connects you to Nature, energizes from within, stimulates vibrancy.

Directions: Roll onto neck, chest, shoulders & wrists as often as desired.
