Morning Mobility Yoga Class Series - October Wednesdays 8-8:30am EST - LIVE on Zoom

Start your day with a lovely, feel-good 30-minute yoga flow. Join me on the mat to warm up, stretch, do mobility and strengthening poses and feel energized, centered, and ready for your day's adventures. 

This is a class that you can do if you're new to yoga or "not that flexible". If you can stand, get down on the floor, and get back up, you can take this class. The movements are simple and easy to do.

We meet Wednesdays in October, 8-8:30am EDT, LIVE on Zoom. The dates are October 7, 14, 21, and 28.

Note: Please get to our Zoom room a few minutes early to set up and get comfortable. We start promptly at 8am and I won't be able to let anyone in as I'll be on the mat teaching. 

Props: I encourage all the props: yoga mat, two yoga blocks, a yoga strap or belt, a blanket, a chair for balance. A bolster is nice if you have one, but isn't required.

These classes are live and not recorded. I'll send out an email an hour or so before class each week.
