Wednesday mornings in May are going to be so much fun! May is right in the middle of Spring or Kapha Season, so we'll be adding more warming and energizing movements to our practice.
Don't worry though, it will still be gentle enough for beginners and older, less flexible bodies.

Props: a yoga mat. Two blocks are recommended, not required; a blanket is recommended if you'd like padding under your knees for kneeling poses, also not required. A chair or wall for balance support
This class is appropriate for beginner and intermediate levels.
