Everyone deserves a good night's sleep, and sometimes we need a little help to get there. I made this soothing aromatherapy Lavender Sleep Balm with just a few pure and natural ingredients for just this purpose! And it is lovely for your skin too!
I melted coconut oil, shea butter, and beeswax together and then stirring in Lavender essential oil. I then poured it into a two ounce travel tin and let it cool.
This is the balm to have on your night stand for whenever you need to relax and feel soothed into sleep. It's great to take with you when you travel! It also makes a great gift for moms, grandmothers, friends, co-workers, teens, a wife, or a girlfriend.
To use: Rub a small amount onto wrists, temples, back of the neck, chest, back, or bottoms of your feet.
