Our Tuesday yoga class series is a 30-minute class that will warm and open our bodies, improve mobility, and work on balance and strength. You'll feel calm, energized, and ready for your day.
We meet each Tuesday morning in May from 9-9:30am LIVE on Zoom. The dates are May 5, May 12, May 19 and May 26.
Please come to class a few minutes early to get set up and comfortable. We start promptly at 9am and I won't be able to let anyone in after that as I'll be on the mat across the room teaching.
Props: A mat, a strap, and two blocks are recommended. A blanket is recommended for padding knees and a chair or wall for balancing poses.
I will send you the Zoom link each morning before class starts.
