Autumn Spice Diffuser Blend reminds me of the spices in mulled cider: Cinnamon, Orange, Cloves, Nutmeg! This blend is also keeps the air clean, supports a healthy immune system and aids proper respiratory function.

The five essential oils in this blend are:

Clove Bud: antimicrobial, antiviral, antibacterial, supports healthy immune function, relieves coughing, anti-inflammatory, calming, stress-relieving

Sweet Orange: uplifting, calms anxiety, immune booster, used to relieve insomnia, air cleaner

Cinnamon Bark: antibacterial, antiviral, disinfectant, immune-stimulating, warming

Cardamom: calming, balancing, grounding, eases congestion in lungs/chest and encourages deep breathing

Nutmeg: pain relieving, aids with sleep, anti-bacterial, calming

Size: 5 ml

Directions: Place 6-10 drops in a diffuser and diffuse for 1-3 hours at a time.
