Muscle & Joint Comfort Balm is made with St. John's Wort infused sunflower oil from St. John's Wort flowers harvested from my garden. St John's Wort applied topically can help ease discomfort in muscles & joints. It decreases inflammation and improves circulation.
Muscle & Joint Comfort Balm is also made with Calendula infused sunflower oil which is known to reduce swelling and pain.
Essential oils in this blend: Copaiba, Niaouli, Helichrysum italicum, Lavender, and Frankincense all of which are beneficial to reduce inflammation, soreness and stiffness.
To use: Gently rub balm into sore muscles or joints; repeat as often as necessary.
