Start your day with a lovely, feel-good yoga flow. Join me on the mat for a 60-minute class where you'll warm up, stretch, do mobility and strengthening poses and feel energized, centered, and ready for your day's adventures. We will even move through a few qigong poses to soothe, cool, and lightly energize.
This is a class that you can do if you're new to yoga or "not that flexible". If you can stand and get down on the floor, you can easily take this class. The movements are simple and easy to do.

August Yoga Class Series is for you if:

- Feel like you worked your body yet are relaxed, calm, and ready for your day.
- We meet Wednesdays in August, 8-9am ET, LIVE on Zoom. The remaining date is August 27.
Note: Please arrive at class a few minutes early to set up and get comfortable. We start promptly at 8am and I won't be able to let anyone in as I'll be on the mat teaching.
Props: I encourage all the props: yoga mat, two yoga blocks, a yoga strap or belt, a blanket, a chair for balance. A bolster is nice if you have one, but isn't required.
