Here are the essential oils in this blend: 

Wild Orange: mood lifter, stress reducing, energizing, supports healthy immune function

Black Spruce: spiritually healing, beneficial to the respiratory system, grounding, calming

Lavender Kashmir: cooling, calming, anti-inflammatory

Frankincense: enhances spiritual experiences, relieves stress and anxiety, anti-inflammatory

Palo Santo: grounding, calming, energy-clearing, reduces pain

How to use: Put 6-12 drops in an aromatherapy diffuser with distilled water and diffuse for 1-3 hours at a time.
