Sizing: This bracelet has an interior diameter of 2 1/4 inches and will fit a medium-boned person with a wrist size of 6 1/4 Inches or less.
To diffuse: Before wearing, place desired essential oil or blend on lava beads and allow to soak in. After a day or two, reapply essential oils, as they will diffuse.
To wear/remove: Gently slide bracelet on or off wrist by rolling beads over hand.
