Forest Song is an earthy, warm, herbal, smokey, woodsy, aroma that I made in memory of beloved poet Mary Oliver.
Here are the five essential oils in this blend:
Cedarwood- decongestant, antiseptic, calming to nervous system, supports healthy respiratory function, relieves melancholy, calms anxiety, relieves tension
White Spruce- relieves anxiety, antiviral, pain reliever, sedative, decongestant, for meditation
Scotch Pine- expands breathing, can help with asthma, bronchitis, allergies, anti bacterial, antiviral, restorative, decongestant
Vetiver-grounding, relaxing, soothes anxiety and overwhelm, sedative, decongestant
Black Spruce- immune-stimulating, antibacterial, antifungal, antimicrobial, antiviral, supports healthy respiratory function, boosts stamina

This is a piney, woodsy, citrusy, spicy, sweet, herbaceous blend for your diffuser. Use it when you need help staying well and warding off colds, flus and other nasties that come with the cold weather. It clears the air of bacteria and viruses and if you already are under the weather, this blend will stimulate your immune system to work to get you better faster.
Essential Oils used:
Cypress is balsamic, woodsy, and resinous in aroma. It one of my favorite essential oils! It helps to lift your spirits if you're feeling down, is anti-bacterial, eases muscle spasms, such as spasmodic coughing, opens the airways, supports proper circulation, opens the airways, is calming, and helpful during times of grieving and transition.
Lemon is fruity, fresh, citrusy, and sweet in aroma. It helps activate the immune system, boosts proper circulation and digestion, is helpful when fatigued or unable to focus, picks up your mood when feeling down, is anti-bacterial, and relieves minor pain and inflammation.
Black Spruce has a piney, woodsy, balsamic, and sweet aroma. It is a decongestant, is anti-microbial, supports healthy lung function, reduces minor pain and inflammation, boosts self-confidence, and is uplifting and stimulating to the emotions.
Bay Laurel has a spicy ,sweet, herbaceous, and fresh aroma. It is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, supports the immune system, eases muscular aches and pains, will relieve nasal congestion, improves circulation and supports proper lymph movement, boosts confidence, is uplifting to the emotions, and helps focus and clarify thoughts.
Orange is light, fruity, citrus, sweet, and fresh in aroma. It soothes minor pain and inflammation, is good for digestion, is anti-bacterial, is bright and uplifting to the mood and energy levels, provides courage and calms anxiety.
